Aegean View Estate is a large apartment complex situated in an ideal location in Rhodes, just a stone’s throw away from the busy Faliraki. Guests can choose between 4 apartments (Aegean View Estate-1, Aegean View Estate-2, Aegean View Estate-3, and Aegean View Estate-4) that offer magnificent sea views and access to a beautiful shared swimming pool. The property features spacious outdoor areas suitable for many activities, special occasions, and events. Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Outdoor Amenities

Visitors can enjoy the shared swimming pool with sunbeds, perfect for both dipping and swimming. The pool is deep enough for swimmers yet shallow enough at one end to be safe for toddlers. The pool area is surrounded by a green hill with pine and banana trees that add an exotic touch to the garden.

The garden is filled with fragrant Mediterranean herbs such as basil, rosemary, mint, thyme, and marjoram. Guests are welcome to pick and taste figs, lemons, and apricots from the trees. For fun, there’s a table tennis setup available.

The estate offers magnificent views: on one side, the beautiful Faliraki beach; on the other, lush gardens and pine forests. A separate children's activity area includes basketball, table tennis, and a swing with a view. Parking is conveniently located inside the courtyard, and the entire complex is secured by gates.

The estate is just 2km from Faliraki village, where guests can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. Faliraki itself is vibrant with beach bars and eateries serving refreshing drinks and tasty meals.

Only 100 meters from the front gate, there’s a traditional taverna serving authentic Greek cuisine with live music, dancing, and exceptional service.

Within a short distance, you can visit six of Rhodes’ most famous beaches:

• Faliraki Beach (2 km / 5 minutes by car) with fine golden sand and many water activities
• Anthony Quinn Beach and the picturesque port of Ladiko (1.6 km on foot or 4 minutes by car)
