The apartment on the upper level is slightly smaller and consists of 3 bedrooms -one with private shower- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and large living room. The apartment also features a spacious balcony with an amazing view of the sea. 

The outdoor spaces of the property offer an ideal setting to relax and enjoy your time in the sun, featuring a private swimming pool 9x4m with parasols and sunbeds, BBQ facilities and large furnished terraces overlooking the deep blue colors of the Aegean Sea. The villa is located between the villages of Gennadi and Lachania.
