Belvedere Beachfront Villa, located on Afandou Beach, is a spacious and stylish retreat ideal for up to 10 guests. The villa features five bedrooms with double beds, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

There are five bathrooms in total, including three ensuite bathrooms connected to the 1st, 2nd, and 5th bedrooms. The first bedroom’s ensuite includes a bathtub, while the others are equipped with showers. Two additional bathrooms with showers are available, one on each floor.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and two inviting living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with a game console available for entertainment.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large private pool surrounded by sunbeds, a pergola, and two parasols, along with a dining area and comfortable outdoor furniture. A ping pong table and a charcoal BBQ are also provided for leisure and gatherings. For security reasons, a CCTV camera is installed at the entrance.

Belvedere Beachfront Villa is ideally located on Afandou Beach, just a short walk (approximately 50 meters) from the shoreline, offering easy access to the sea. The nearest supermarket is around 1.5 km away, while pharmacies and cafeterias can be found within 1–2 km.

The lively center of Rhodes Town and the historic Old Town are about 20 km away, perfect for day trips. Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras) is approximately 25 km from the property. The picturesque village of Lindos and its famous Acropolis are around 30 km away, making the villa a great base for exploring the island.
