  Situated in a 1000-square meter lot, Kiotari Bliss is a two floor villa just a few meters from the magnificent Kiotari beach on the South-East part of Rhodes that presents a great choice for large families and groups of friends.

   Offering two separate apartments, one in each floor, the property comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms -one of which also has a private bathroom- a large living room with a comfortable sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining set.  The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining set, a living room, a bathroom with shower and two exceptionally large balconies with amazing views to the sea, the pool and the garden. The villa features flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves and ovens, and three bathrooms, one of which offers a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi and a dual sink "Corian" countertop.   The outdoor spaces of the property offer an ideal setting to relax and enjoy your time in the sun, featuring a private 7x3m swimming pool with umbrellas, recliner chairs, sunbeds, a shower and a towel hanger.  Grills are provided on both floors for barbecuing.  Finally, both floors include large dining tables for outdoor dining.  The property is within walking distance to organized beaches with water sports, restaurants, bars and super markets.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff that will provide you with all necessary information to guarantee an unforgettable stay!

  Kiotari Bliss is located just 50 meters from a natural, non-organized beach offering extra privacy, and about 100 meters from organized beaches with umbrellas, beach beds, and water sports huts.  The area of Kiotari is said to have the clearest waters on the island.  Glystra beach is a 2 minute drive away.
