The villa is located in Ixia, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Ixia Beach and 100 meters from the sea. It’s part of the “Island View” complex, which consists of four independent properties designed in unique Greek architecture. These properties are inspired by the symbols of Rhodes, such as the peacock, the deer, the butterfly, and the hibiscus. The complex is situated in a convenient area with easy access to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and car rentals. The Rhodes International Airport is less than a 20-minute drive away, while the Old Town of Rhodes is only a 10-minute drive.

Additionally, there’s a private heated jacuzzi in each villa, providing a space for well-being and relaxation. The complex has a minimalistic and simplistic design, with spacious bedrooms, minimal kitchens, and comfortable living rooms, all with sea views. Each villa can accommodate either 4 or 6 guests.

Iviskos hosts up to 6 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea. There are two bathrooms with a shower. On the ground floor, there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied by the seating area and the living room with a double sofa bed. The property also features a smart TV and free WiFi access throughout.
