Kallithea Breeze Villa accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably in three double bedrooms, each featuring double beds and ensuite bathrooms in two of the rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TV sets, satellite channels, and air conditioning (included in the price). Additionally, the living area contains 2 single sofa beds for extra sleeping arrangements.

What This Place Offers

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen that includes a cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker, and blender. There's a complete set of cutlery, cooking utensils, and glassware. For your convenience, the villa also features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Spanning 350 sq.m., the villa is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards and includes amenities such as a private swimming pool, patio, gazebo with barbecue, wide verandas, and terraces. A free private parking area and organized picnic area under the pine trees are also available. Guests can enjoy fun moments with a pool table and fitness equipment. For your information,the owner lives in the same building and has a different entrance.

Koskinou is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful island of Rhodes, with numerous beaches, lively beach bars, restaurants, and peaceful areas nearby. The nearest beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away, perfect for families and friends. We recommend a visit to Kallithea Springs, a restored spa dating back to the Italian Occupation, located less than 10 minutes away. The island's airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the villa. Rhodes Old Town, the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe, is within a 15-minute drive and offers a rich history and vibrant atmosphere. Anthony Quinn Beach, known for its emerald waters, is also about 15 minutes away. Lastly, don’t miss a trip to Lindos, a picturesque archaeological site about 45 minutes from the villa, famous for its white houses, narrow streets, and beautiful beaches like Saint Paul’s Bay.
