Niovis Villa features 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony and TV. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed, and 1 bedroom with a single sofa that converts into a single bed. The bedrooms are spacious, bright, airy, and relaxing.

On the first floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while a WC is located on the ground floor.

The coastline is just a 10-minute drive away, while Rhodes Airport is also only 10 minutes from the villa. The center of Rhodes and the famous Old Town of Rhodes are approximately 30 minutes away by car.

The Valley of Butterflies is located just 20 minutes from the villa, where you can admire the beauty of Greek nature and experience something truly unique. Rhodes also offers many places worth visiting, including the Lindos Acropolis, one of the island’s most impressive archaeological sites, located around 50 minutes away by car.
