Our two-level private villa provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or groups of friends. Functional and fully equipped, it offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing, and memorable stay.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, 3 bathrooms, 1 WC, a large separate kitchen area, and a spacious living and dining room. Every room leads to balconies and/or a terrace with panoramic, uninterrupted views of the garden, the pool, and the breathtaking surrounding landscape, which can also be enjoyed from the interior.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 4,000 sqm garden featuring a brand-new pool, olive trees, BBQ facilities, 2 separate sitting/dining areas, a sun deck, and all outdoor amenities. All of this is offered in complete privacy and away from prying eyes, as the villa is fenced and the interior is not visible from outside.

Guests can sunbathe on stylish sunbeds with comfortable cushions, on the chairs, or on the lawn. There is also a solar shower, ideal after a refreshing swim. Next to the pool, there is a wooden deck with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments under the shade of a large fig and olive tree.

Just a 5-minute drive from the famous tourist area of Kolymbia and the beautiful sandy Tsambika Beach, this villa is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes. Seven Springs, with its amazing tunnel and traditional tavernas, is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Set in the heart of the eastern side of Rhodes, between Rhodes Town and Lindos, it is the perfect getaway for guests who want peace and relaxation while still being close to everything. Taverns, supermarkets, and cafeterias are just 1.5 km from the villa. Rhodes International Airport is approximately 25–30 km away, about a 30–40-minute drive, depending on traffic.
